If you have any problems connecting to your site or email please open a support ticket and send us the IP you are trying connect from which can be found by visiting http://whatsmyip.org
We can then check to see if any of the new security tools are blocking your IP and why.
Since we installed the new security tools and firewall we have seen server loads return to normal.
