Some customers may currently be experiencing problems accessing their site(s). The problem is we were running a command on the server to remove old Fantastico backups since we no longer offer Fantastico. In the process, some sites were accidentally deleted from the /home folder on the server. We're in the process of restoring those sites now from the daily backup that was ran yesterday morning. This should not have affected the MySQL data, if you are using MySQL services for the site(s). Unfortunately we do not have an ETA of when the site(s) will be back online but the restore process is currently running for all affected sites on the servers. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. We will continue to monitor the restore process until it is completed.
UPDATE 9/19/2011 1:46am EST - We've restored the affected sites from the daily backup that was ran Saturday morning and all sites appear to be functioning properly now.
