Earlier this morning the RAID array (main mirrored hard drives) became degraded for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. We determined one of the hard drives was faulty and replaced it with a new one. Services had to be brought offline during the time the RAID array was being rebuilt. The server is back online and responding normally now. If you experience any further problems with your account please open a support ticket so we can look into the problem.

UPDATED 2:23pm EST:After further investigation we noticed there was some data loss in our billing/support database which leads us to believe there could be some data loss for accounts on the cpanel7.primary001.net server. We noticed about a week of data was missing from our database. We've already restored our billing/support database from a backup that was done at midnight last night. Everything now checks out ok with our billing/support database.

As for your account, please check your website to make sure there is no data loss. If your website is updated on a daily basis, you may have experienced some data loss. We can restore your account from a backup that was done on Wednesday morning 10/26/2011.If you don't update your website often, then you shouldn't have lost any data.

If you need us to restore your account please open a support ticket to request one.

We apologize for any inconveniences this emergency maintenance may have caused.
