Effective 2/5/2012 we no longer support Email Forwarders that are setup to forward to an AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink.com address.

AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink recently blocked 2 of our servers due to Email Forwarders pointing to AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink addresses. The reason being is because the spam filter on our servers does not work on an Email Forwarder so even spam messages were forwarded to the AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink servers. AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink claims there is a lot of spam coming from our servers even though there is no spam originating from them. We are not listed on any RBL (Real-time Block Lists) and our Email Reputation at senderbase.org is Good for all server IPs.

In order to prevent AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink from blocking even more of our servers we can longer support Email Forwarders that point to an AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink address. We have removed all Email Forwarders that were pointing to AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink addresses on all of our servers. It was a requirement from AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink in order to get the current IP blocks removed. You can still use our email services, just setup the email address as a mailbox within cPanel > Email Accounts. You can then check the mailbox using POP using an Email program on your computer or via webmail. You should even be able to setup your AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink account to download messages from the mailbox via POP instead (check your AT&T, Bellsouth & Earthlink options).
