UPDATE 5/9/2012 8:00pm - MIGRATION COMPLETED

The migration has been completed. We have made the appropriate DNS changes so your sites should be pointing to the new server already. Please check your website(s) and see if you are having any problems.

An easy way to check which server your domain is pointing to is to visit http://yourdomain/cpanel and see which server it redirects you to. If it redirects you to cpanel11.primary001.net then your domain is pointing to the new server.

If you are having any email problems please try using your domain as the incoming and outgoing mailserver... or try using the hostname of the server which is cpanel11.primary001.net

If you experience any problems with your site(s) or have any questions/concerns about the move, please open a support ticket so we can take a look.

UPDATE 5/8/2012 3:00pm

Migration is 70% complete and still in progress. An easy way to check to see if your site has been moved yet is to visit http://yourdomain.com/cpanel and see which server it redirects you to. Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

05/07/2012 2:00pm

We are moving all hosting accounts on cpanel7.primary001.net to our new cpanel11.primary001.net server to improve reliability and performance. The new server is 5-6 times more powerful than the old server.

OLD SERVER: cpanel7.primary001.net 74.50.116.93
NEW SERVER: cpanel11.primary001.net 63.247.73.122

You should not see any major downtime for your site(s). You may see periodic downtime during the time in which we are performing the migrations since they can cause a higher load than normal.

The old nameservers will still work on your domains so no changes need to be made.

We're going to start on the migrations this evening. It should take at least 24 hours to complete. We will continue to monitor the server during the migration process.

If you see any problems with your site(s) or have any questions/concerns about the move, please open a support ticket so we can take a look and address the issue.
