Effective 3/14/2012 we no longer support Email Forwarders that are setup to forward to AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo addresses. These providers recently blocked 1 of our servers due to Email Forwarders pointing to their servers. The reason being is because the spam filter on our servers does not work on an Email Forwarder so even spam messages are forwarded to the external servers. These various providers claim there is a lot of spam coming from our servers even though there is no spam originating from them. We are not listed on any RBL (Real-time Block Lists) and our Email Reputation at senderbase.org is Good.

In order to prevent these various providers from blocking even more of our servers we can longer allow Email Forwarders that point to a, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo address. We have removed all Email Forwarders that were pointing to these external addresses on all of our servers. It was a requirement from these providers in order to get the current block removed.

You can still use our email services, just setup the email address as a mailbox within cPanel > Email Accounts. You can then check the mailbox using POP using an Email program on your computer or via webmail. You can even setup your AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo account to download messages from the mailbox via POP instead (within AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo go to Options). If you do setup the mailbox within AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo, please make sure you turn on the Spam Filter on our server within CPanel > Spam Assassin.

If you need any help setting any of the above up please open a support ticket.
