We have scheduled maintenance in the data center that cpanel4.primary001.net is located in. We expect minimum customer impact, but if there is downtime we expect it to be less than one minute.
Window: Saturday May 23, 2009 from 11:00PM through 6:00AM May 24.
Maintenance Site: Data Center 1- Chicago, IL -Expected Impact: All affected customers should expect between 2-5 minutes of suboptimal routing, and possibly a short (less than one minute) period of downtime.
Maintenance Description: Our network staff will be deploying additional network hardware and performing redundancy and failover testing that will help us ensure network resiliency at this site. Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window, time frame, and level of customer impact. However, due to factors outside our control we may affect customer connectivity and, need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames, and customer effects specified above, should be considered approximate and subject to change.
