Effective 1/31/2012 we no longer support Email Forwarders that are setup to forward to an aol.com address.

AOL recently blocked 2 of our servers due to Email Forwarders pointing to AOL addresses. The reason being is because the spam filter on our servers does not work on an Email Forwarder so even spam messages were forwarded to the AOL servers. AOL claims there is a lot of spam coming from our servers even though there is no spam originating from them. We are not listed on any RBL (Real-time Block Lists) and our Email Reputation at senderbase.org is Good for all server IPs.

In order to prevent AOL from blocking even more of our servers we can longer support Email Forwarders that point to an AOL address. We have removed all Email Forwarders that were pointing to AOL addresses on all of our servers. It was a requirement from AOL in order to get the current blocks removed. You can still use our email services, just setup the email address as a mailbox within cPanel > Email Accounts. You can then check the mailbox using POP using an Email program on your computer or via webmail. You should even be able to setup your AOL account to download messages from the mailbox via POP instead (check your AOL options).
