How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, login to the CLIENT AREA and go to Services > My Services > click on your hosting package > Request Cancellation. Within the "Reason for Canceling" please give a brief description of why you are canceling. If we also handle the domain registration(s) please let us know what you would like to do with them. Will you be transferring them to another domain registrar? Should we let them expire? Or do you want to renew them every year starting at $25/year?

If you are cancelling and moving to a new provider we can usually match their price or give a better price if you decide to keep your account with us. If you are thinking of canceling your account, please contact us first to see if we can match or beat your new provider's offer.
