Quick answer
Start in your Client Area, open the service for your website, and use its cPanel or builder access link. Your next step depends on whether you are managing an existing site, building with Nova, or uploading files created with another tool.
Build or edit your website with AI
Choose the website you actually have, then follow its editing workflow. You can prepare changes with ordinary ChatGPT or Claude, use the included Nova builder when your service provides it, or use an authorized coding/connector workflow for more advanced work.
- Create a website with Nova
- Edit an existing Nova project
- Edit an HTML website
- Update WordPress text and images
- Update Joomla content
Choose your next task
- Sign in to the Client Area and find your account
- Open cPanel for the correct hosting service
- Understand hosting, the included builder, and external AI tools
- Set up a local AI website workflow
- Preview and publish a static website
- Set up business email on an email-enabled plan
- Connect your domain and preserve email
Know which login you need
Your Client Area email/password, cPanel username, WordPress login, and mailbox login serve different purposes. Use the guide for the service you are trying to open. An SSH connection uses the cPanel account username and the assigned hosting server/port.
When a tool is missing
Check the exact service and plan. A limited builder dashboard does not contain every full-cPanel tool. Ask support with the domain and the action you want to complete, without sending a password.
Start with the problem you need to solve
- Cannot find cPanel or the hosting service: check the selected customer account, service and permissions.
- Upload reviewed website files: confirm the destination before replacing the current site.
- Change nameservers and preserve email: prepare the new DNS zone before moving authority.
- Back up files or request the right recovery: distinguish one-file, partial and full-account recovery.
- Open a support ticket with useful evidence: use the account that owns the service and keep credentials private.
