How to change your cPanel style Print

  • 4

Quick answer

The video shows the retired Change Style interface. Current cPanel appearance choices depend on the theme and options Interactive Online enables for your service.

Applies to

For Interactive Online cPanel customers with permission to manage the selected service. The tool must be enabled on your plan. Open the correct service from the Client Area before changing anything. The preserved video shows an older interface.

Steps

  1. Open your service's cPanel and inspect the current account menu and Tools screen.
  2. If an appearance or theme choice is offered, review its description and select the option you prefer. Changing it affects that control-panel interface, not your public website design.
  3. If Change Style is absent, use the current interface or ask support which choices are supported. Do not install an old theme to match the video.

Check the result

Return to Tools and confirm you can still find the required account tools. Keep the original option noted if you want to switch back.

Troubleshooting and support

A renamed or rearranged tool can reflect an interface update. Report the missing task or menu instead of treating the old screen as a service requirement.

If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
