How to manage admin personnel in CubeCart Print

  • 0

Quick answer

CubeCart: give each store administrator an individual account with the permissions their job requires. Customer accounts and hosting logins are separate.

Applies to

For a customer who operates their own CubeCart store. The retained video uses an older release. Current releases, required extensions and menus can differ. Hosting compatibility, licenses, merchant services and store-development support require their own confirmation; none is automatically included merely because cPanel is available.

Steps

  1. Confirm the installed CubeCart version, authorized store administrator and exact store/language scope. Preserve a recovery copy and use a protected test store for changes affecting transactions.
  2. Open Administrators, preserve a tested owner recovery account and create or edit the intended staff identity and role. Review invitations and access to orders, exports and payments.
  3. Save only the intended change and verify the actual storefront and relevant business records before releasing it to customers.

Check the result

Test the intended allowed task and confirm unrelated administration is unavailable. Revoke access when the person leaves.

Troubleshooting and support

For a permission error, check the selected role and store scope instead of sharing the owner's password.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
