Quick answer

To contact support at Interactive Online, sign in to the Client Area for the account that owns the service and choose Open Ticket. Name the affected website or mailbox, explain the symptom and include a reproducible example or exact error. Keep passwords and sensitive customer records out of the ticket body.

How to contact support about a website or email problem

  1. Open the Interactive Online Client Area over HTTPS and sign in with the authorized account. Choose Open Ticket and select the department appropriate to your request. If the form offers a related-service field, select the affected service.
  2. Use a specific subject, such as Incoming messages missing from an existing mailbox or Website contact form reports success but no notification arrives. State when the problem started, its time zone, whether it happens every time, and what last worked.
  3. Explain what you expected and what happened. Include the affected public URL or feature, exact error and steps already tried. State whether the site is production or staging, and identify relevant recent DNS, account or application changes.
  4. Attach only the evidence needed to reproduce or trace the issue. Remove credentials, tokens, cookies and unrelated customer data from screenshots, logs and URLs. State which corrective actions you authorize and any business or maintenance constraints.
  5. Submit the request and keep its ticket reference. Use My Support Tickets in the Client Area to review the case and add related evidence to the same ticket.

Include the details that match the problem

  • Missing incoming email. Follow the missing-email checks first. Include the affected mailbox, sender and recipient, delivery time and time zone, subject, bounce or message ID, and whether the message appears in webmail. Provide affected addresses privately when support needs them to trace delivery.
  • A website or form fails. Include the URL, browser/device, steps to reproduce, expected result and redacted actual result. If a controlled form submission was already made, give its time and notification recipient. Avoid repeatedly submitting real customer data. Use the website problem reporting guide for reproducible evidence.
  • cPanel, SSH or SFTP access fails. Name the application, server hostname, account username if needed privately, protocol, port and exact redacted error. Record the attempt's time. Follow the login troubleshooting guide to identify which login is failing.
  • An issue followed a deployment. State the change and when it was made. Preserve the original error and identify the last known working version and available backup. Do not overwrite the affected files repeatedly while support is investigating.

Open a support ticket for login, uploads, DNS or recovery

Use the guide that matches the issue to collect evidence before submitting the case: cPanel access, website uploads, nameserver changes or backup and recovery. For a recovery request, include the intended backup time and what newer data must be preserved. Support needs an approved recovery scope before a live overwrite.

Verify the request and protect account access

Check that the ticket appears under the intended account and contains the correct service and readable attachments. A screenshot of a form's success message does not confirm email delivery, and a screenshot of an upload does not confirm that the intended live file was published. Record the result you observed.

If you cannot access the Client Area or select the service, report that access problem through the support entry point. Support may need to verify ownership before discussing private account details or changing access. A cPanel or website login alone does not establish permission to manage the customer billing account.

Never include a password, private key, verification code, API token, payment-card number or full session URL. If access is required, ask support for the approved secure process and provide only the scope needed for the case. Keep subsequent evidence in the same ticket so the investigation has one history.
