How to use the CMS in Magento Commerce Print

  • 0

Quick answer

Magento Commerce: store content pages and blocks should retain their intended URLs, visibility and store/language assignments.

Applies to

For a customer who operates their own Magento Commerce store. The retained video uses an older release. Current releases, required extensions and menus can differ. Hosting compatibility, licenses, merchant services and store-development support require their own confirmation; none is automatically included merely because cPanel is available.

Steps

  1. Confirm the installed Magento Commerce version, authorized store administrator and exact store/language scope. Preserve a recovery copy and use a protected test store for changes affecting transactions.
  2. Open Content > Elements > Pages or Blocks, preserve the original content and edit the intended page or block. Review its URL, enabled status and assignment before publishing.
  3. Save only the intended change and verify the actual storefront and relevant business records before releasing it to customers.

Check the result

Check the public page, internal links, phone layout and any shared block placements.

Troubleshooting and support

If a page is missing, inspect its enabled status, URL and store assignment before creating a duplicate.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
