Quick answer
Search the intended Roundcube folder and fields. A narrow search can miss messages stored in another folder.
Applies to
For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.
Steps
- Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
- Use the Search control and select the required scope and criteria, such as sender, subject or body. Clear the search afterward to restore the normal view.
Check the result
Reopen the affected message, folder, contact or preference and confirm the intended result. Check delivery separately when a message was sent.
Troubleshooting and support
If a toolbar differs, check the installed Roundcube skin and permissions. For missing mail, inspect folder/search scope and server synchronization before deleting an account.
Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
