Quick answer
Roundcube folders organize server mail and can synchronize with other devices. Deletion can affect the same mail elsewhere.
Applies to
For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.
Steps
- Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
- Open Settings > Folders to create or manage the intended folder and its parent. Review subscription/display controls before assuming a folder or its contents are missing.
Check the result
Reopen the affected message, folder, contact or preference and confirm the intended result. Check delivery separately when a message was sent.
Troubleshooting and support
If a toolbar differs, check the installed Roundcube skin and permissions. For missing mail, inspect folder/search scope and server synchronization before deleting an account.
Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
