  • 0

Quick answer

Roundcube Contacts is the webmail address book. Confirm the selected address book before editing or importing people.

Applies to

For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.

Steps

  1. Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
  2. Open Contacts, select the intended book and add or edit the chosen contact. Preserve an export before a bulk import or deletion.

Check the result

Reopen the affected message, folder, contact or preference and confirm the intended result. Check delivery separately when a message was sent.

Troubleshooting and support

If a toolbar differs, check the installed Roundcube skin and permissions. For missing mail, inspect folder/search scope and server synchronization before deleting an account.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
