For Interactive Online cPanel customers with permission to manage the selected service. The tool must be enabled on your plan. Open the correct service from the Client Area before changing anything. The preserved video shows an older interface. In cPanel 120 and later, Manage My Databases replaces the older MySQL Databases label. Database and user names may include an account prefix.
Steps
- Preserve a current database export and record the application's actual error and timestamp.
- Open Manage My Databases. Under Modify Databases, select the exact database in Check Database and run the check.
- Read the complete result and retain the affected table names or error details without exposing application data.
Check the result
Confirm whether the check completed and then reproduce the original application task. Keep structural-check results separate from application behavior.
Troubleshooting and support
If corruption or an unsupported table operation is reported, contact support before attempting repair on a live database.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
