Quick answer
Review the invoice in your authenticated Client Area and confirm the service, billing cycle, total, currency, and status before paying. An invoice or order awaiting payment does not by itself prove that a paid hosting package is active.
Before you start
Use the legitimate billing portal and an authorized account. If a link came from email, confirm the destination and account context before entering payment information. Do not send card numbers through the chatbot or support ticket.
What to do
- Open the invoice from the account's invoice list and verify the customer, service description, dates, and amount.
- Check whether the invoice is Unpaid, Payment Pending, Paid, Canceled, or another state. Review the actual status rather than relying on an old email.
- For an upgrade, confirm the selected target plan and billing cycle before completing the secure checkout.
- After payment, check the invoice receipt and service activation. If payment is recorded but activation is incomplete, contact support instead of placing a duplicate order.
Check the result
The invoice and hosting service are separate records. Verify that the service shows the intended active plan and that its required account features are ready.
If something does not work
If the amount or service is unfamiliar, stop and ask billing to review it. Refunds, cancellation timing, and renewals follow the applicable order and terms; do not infer a policy from a generic tutorial.
