How to update your billing information in the client portal Print

  • 0

Quick answer

Use the secure Client Area billing interface to update billing details. Never send complete card or bank information in a ticket or chat.

Applies to

For Interactive Online customers using their own Client Area account. The original video shows an earlier client interface; labels and available payment/service actions can differ.

Steps

  1. Confirm the correct Interactive Online customer account and the exact service or record involved.
  2. Sign in to the correct customer account, open its billing/payment-method controls and follow the available secure flow. Confirm the intended method and any recurring-payment implications before saving.
  3. Read the saved status or confirmation back. If an order, payment or ticket outcome is uncertain, check its existing record before submitting again.

Check the result

Verify the intended account detail, service status, invoice or ticket in the Client Area. Keep any private confirmation outside public screenshots.

Troubleshooting and support

If a control is missing, check account permissions and service eligibility. For lost access, follow the supported account-verification process instead of creating duplicate accounts or sharing another person's login.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
