Quick answer
Review the exact hosting service in the Client Area before changing its settings or plan. A domain registration is a separate service.
Applies to
For Interactive Online customers using their own Client Area account. The original video shows an earlier client interface; labels and available payment/service actions can differ.
Steps
- Confirm the correct Interactive Online customer account and the exact service or record involved.
- Open Services > My Services and select the intended domain/service. Review its status and available management actions, and ask support if the service or owner account is unclear.
- Read the saved status or confirmation back. If an order, payment or ticket outcome is uncertain, check its existing record before submitting again.
Check the result
Verify the intended account detail, service status, invoice or ticket in the Client Area. Keep any private confirmation outside public screenshots.
Troubleshooting and support
If a control is missing, check account permissions and service eligibility. For lost access, follow the supported account-verification process instead of creating duplicate accounts or sharing another person's login.
Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.

Use the current written guidance above and its references when labels or capabilities differ; the old interface does not establish current hosting availability.
