Quick answer
Start with the service record for the website you want to manage. A customer login may have several hosting services and domains, and a domain registration is not the same as a hosting account. Confirm the active service before opening a control panel or requesting a change.
Before you start
Use the legitimate Interactive Online Client Area and an account authorized for that customer. Keep sign-in credentials and session links private. If you cannot identify the owner account, use the normal access-recovery or support process.
What to do
- Open the service list and select the hosting service associated with the intended website. Check the domain, plan, status, and available management actions.
- Review connection details from that service rather than reusing another site's username, host, or port.
- For a domain task, inspect the separate registration or DNS provider as needed. Hosting activation does not prove the registrar or authoritative DNS is the same service.
- Include the exact service and domain when asking for support, and describe the desired result without sharing passwords or payment data.
Check the result
Verify that the control panel and website match the selected service. If a customer has several sites, repeat this check before each significant deployment.
If something does not work
If the expected service is absent, confirm the signed-in customer context or authorized-user permissions. Do not create another order or share a different customer's login to recover access.
