Reviewing emails sent to you in the client portal Print

Quick answer

Client Area email history can help locate service notices, but a record there does not prove that a message arrived in your external inbox.

Applies to

For Interactive Online customers using their own Client Area account. The original video shows an earlier client interface; labels and available payment/service actions can differ.

Steps

  1. Confirm the correct Interactive Online customer account and the exact service or record involved.
  2. Open the intended account's email-history controls, select the relevant notice and check its date and service context. Keep activation, verification and access links private.
  3. Read the saved status or confirmation back. If an order, payment or ticket outcome is uncertain, check its existing record before submitting again.

Check the result

Verify the intended account detail, service status, invoice or ticket in the Client Area. Keep any private confirmation outside public screenshots.

Troubleshooting and support

If a control is missing, check account permissions and service eligibility. For lost access, follow the supported account-verification process instead of creating duplicate accounts or sharing another person's login.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
