Quick answer
Your Interactive Online Client Area is where you manage services, invoices and support. It is separate from WordPress, cPanel and individual email mailboxes.
- Open interactiveonline.com/support/clientarea.php.
- Enter your Client Area email address and password.
- Complete any additional verification shown on your account.
- If you have access to more than one client account, select the account you intend to manage.
Find what you need
- Hosting: choose Services > My Services, select the domain's hosting service, then use Log in to cPanel when available.
- Billing: open your invoices to review the amount, status and payment options for your account.
- Support: open an existing ticket or submit a new support request.
Forgot your password?
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your account email address. Do not create a second customer account just to regain access to the first. If you no longer control the email address, contact support for help with account verification.
A mailbox password or WordPress administrator password will not necessarily work here. Never send a password, verification code or recovery link in a public chat.
Forgot the Client Area password?
The Client Area login has a Forgot Password? link to secure password recovery. Use the account email and normal ownership process. For a different login or a missing reset message, use the guide to choosing the correct password reset. Keep reset links and verification codes private.
