Quick answer
Nova credits and external AI-tool allowances are separate. Your hosting or builder service may include a Nova allowance, while Codex, Claude Code, and ChatGPT use the access and limits of the account you hold with their provider.
Check the allowance in the application doing the work
Nova building, external chat/coding usage, a page-builder AI subscription, and a third-party connector license are separate allowances. Do not buy extra Nova credits to fix a missing WordPress integration or an external AI usage limit. If your service includes both Nova and Nova for WordPress, WebPros documents a shared Nova credit pool; availability still follows the particular service.

Check the right account
Open the service attached to your domain and check its product description and builder dashboard. The named paid AI Hosting offers include a monthly Nova allowance that refreshes without rollover. Check your own current service for its amount. Separate builder products can have similar plan names.
What hosting does and does not supply
Hosting provides the account features listed for your service. An SSH key gives you an account connection; it does not buy an AI subscription or create provider credits. An external AI subscription does not add hosted email, File Manager, or other missing cPanel features.
Before buying more usage
- Identify which application reports the limit: Nova, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, or another tool.
- Check that provider’s signed-in account, current plan, and usage information. Read any separate API billing terms before using a key-based workflow.
- For a hosting question, send support the domain, service name, application name, and redacted limit message. Leave provider tokens and payment details out of the message.
