The following describes the named AI Hosting services in the current catalog. It does not change an older account’s service agreement.

• AI Hosting Starter: Nova builder, limited website dashboard, and jailed SSH. Hosted email and the WordPress builder are not included. Use the account’s supported SSH/SFTP path; ask support when key controls are unavailable.
• AI Hosting Build, Grow, and Scale: Nova plus full cPanel, business email/webmail, file management, SFTP transfers over SSH, databases, WordPress management, and jailed SSH, within the limits of the selected service.
• Free builder/draft offers: check the actual product. A free draft or builder allowance does not establish SSH, email, file upload, or custom-domain publishing entitlement.

FTP access is no longer offered on Interactive Online hosting. Use SSH/SFTP only when enabled for the selected service; a builder allowance does not add those capabilities. Review the current connection instructions or contact support for the assigned details.

Do not confuse products with similar names

Separate Nova/builder products can be labeled Free, Build, Grow, or Scale. Read the full service description and associated domain. A builder-credit product and an AI Hosting service are different records.

Check your own account

1. Open the Client Area, choose Services > My Services, and select the service attached to the domain.
2. Read its product name and current description. Check the tools actually present in cPanel or the builder dashboard.
3. For SSH/SFTP, confirm shell access, host, port, cPanel username, and public-key authorization. For email, confirm that the account includes hosted mailboxes before changing MX records.
4. Ask support when the account differs from a tutorial. Include the domain and missing tool; do not send a password or key.

Credits, resources, and support

The named paid AI Hosting offers list monthly Nova credits that refresh without rollover. Resource and mailbox limits depend on the service. Domain registration, external AI subscriptions, human website work, and ongoing care are separate unless your agreement says otherwise.
