HARD DRIVE FAILURE: cpanel7

Earlier this morning the RAID array (main mirrored hard drives) became degraded for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. We determined one of the hard drives was faulty and replaced it with a new one. We're upgrading PHP to version 5.3.2 on the cpanel5.primary001.net since some customers require it to run the newest version of Moodle.
