Quick answer
A domain forwarder maps unresolved addresses at one mail domain to corresponding addresses at another. Review normal mailbox delivery and destination handling before enabling it.
Applies to
For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.
Steps
- Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
- Open Email > Forwarders and Add Domain Forwarder. Choose the source domain and exact destination domain, review possible loops and privacy implications, then save the intended mapping.
Check the result
Test a controlled source address and inspect where it arrives. A domain forwarder is not a website redirect or a complete mailbox migration.
Troubleshooting and support
For a missing tool or limit error, confirm the selected service and enabled features. For a delivery problem, check the actual mail provider and routing before changing unrelated DNS or passwords.
Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
