Quick answer
A Free trial and a paid plan are different entitlements. Choosing a plan or receiving an unpaid invoice does not authorize an automatic charge or guarantee paid activation. Use secure WHMCS checkout and verify both the confirmed payment and the service's completed upgrade.
Before you start
Review the current trial expiry, remaining builder allowance, selected plan, and billing cycle. The Free editor allowance can be exhausted before the time period ends. Separate AI tools and API usage are billed under their own services.
What to do
- Open the trial service's hosting options and compare the current plan features and checkout total.
- Complete any required contact/billing details in the secure account interface, then review the invoice before entering payment information.
- Keep the account on its existing Free entitlement while an invoice is pending. Do not assume that an order or payment-button click changed the hosting package.
- After payment and activation are confirmed, use the paid plan's features and publishing workflow. The paid activation ends the Free entitlement rather than preserving unused free days on top of the paid service.
Check the result
Check the Paid invoice, active service plan, and builder/publishing readiness. If any state is ambiguous, keep the saved website and ask support to reconcile it before ordering again.
If something does not work
Never dictate or paste card details into the chatbot. If credits are exhausted, review the supported upgrade rather than creating another trial or assuming that a pending invoice refreshes the allowance.
