Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Interactive Online Corporation (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Interactive Online”) and the Client (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) for the provision of Review Management Services (“Services”).

By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Interactive Online’s Review Management Service includes:

  • Setting up or optimizing your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, and/or other online profiles.
  • Automating the process of requesting reviews from your customers via email or text (SMS).
  • Monitoring incoming reviews on selected platforms.
  • Responding to positive or neutral reviews upon request.
  • Providing recommendations for handling negative reviews.
  • Providing review widgets or embeds for your website (if applicable).

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including access to applicable profiles and platforms.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from your customers to contact them via email or SMS.
  • You agree to use the review request tools ethically and legally, without coercing or incentivizing customers in a way that violates platform guidelines.

3. No Guarantee of Reviews

While our tools and strategies aim to increase your review count, we cannot guarantee that customers will leave reviews or that reviews will always be positive. Results vary based on your customer service, communication, and satisfaction levels.

4. Negative Reviews and Suspended Accounts

We are not liable for any negative reviews your business receives. Online reviews are public and user-generated content; we do not control or influence what individuals choose to post.

Additionally, we are not responsible if your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or any other business account becomes suspended or disabled due to issues outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of platform guidelines
  • Inaccurate or outdated information
  • Prior flags or penalties on your account

However, we will make all reasonable efforts to assist you in reinstating suspended accounts, including submitting appeals, communicating with support teams, and providing relevant documentation when necessary.

5. Review Management Limitations

  • We do not create fake reviews or offer incentives for positive reviews.
  • We do not post reviews on your behalf unless otherwise specified in writing and in compliance with platform policies.
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Facebook, Yelp, or any third-party platform used as part of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Any tools, software, templates, or content provided as part of our services remain the property of Interactive Online. You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute these materials without prior written permission.

7. Termination and Refund Policy

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice. If you terminate the service before the end of your billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if communication becomes unprofessional or abusive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three (3) months prior to any claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interactive Online from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement on any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By using our Review Management Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
