For the intended Google/Gmail account. Google manages account creation, sign-in and recovery. An Interactive Online cPanel login does not grant access to a Google account, and Gmail is separate from cPanel-hosted mail. The video shows an older interface.
Steps
- Open https://accounts.google.com/signup and choose the account type appropriate to your use. An existing Google account may already meet the need.
- Follow Google's current name, address, password and verification prompts. Review any terms and charges yourself before accepting them.
- Set appropriate recovery options and account security, then open Gmail if that service is available for the account.

Verify a fresh sign-in and a controlled send/receive test. Keep recovery information current without sharing it in a support ticket.
Troubleshooting and support
For a blocked signup or recovery challenge, use Google's account support. Creating a personal Gmail address does not configure mail for your own domain.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
