How to mark messages in Roundcube Print

  • 4

Quick answer

Read/unread and flag markers help organize messages; they do not prove that another person read the mail.

Applies to

For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.

Steps

  1. Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
  2. Select the intended message and use Mark or the current read/unread/flag control. Keep deletion and spam actions separate from marking.

Check the result

Reopen the affected message, folder, contact or preference and confirm the intended result. Check delivery separately when a message was sent.

Troubleshooting and support

If a toolbar differs, check the installed Roundcube skin and permissions. For missing mail, inspect folder/search scope and server synchronization before deleting an account.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
