For an authorized reseller or administrator whose Interactive Online service includes the relevant WHM permission. Ordinary website hosting uses cPanel and does not imply WHM or root access. Work only with accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. The video is an older interface reference.
Steps
- Confirm the server hostname and reseller identity after signing in.
- Search for the needed tool, such as List Accounts, and open only the account within your authority.
- Read the tool's current help and target selection before saving a change. Use the Home link to return and Log Out to end the session.
Check the result
Confirm you reached the intended tool and account. Finding a tool does not establish that every feature is included for your reseller role.
Troubleshooting and support
If a task is missing, check the role/service with support rather than attempting a root-only alternative.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
