Review a package's assigned accounts before editing it. Deleting a package removes that package definition; it is a separate operation from terminating a hosting account.

For an authorized reseller or administrator whose Interactive Online service includes the relevant WHM permission. Ordinary website hosting uses cPanel and does not imply WHM or root access. Work only with accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. The video is an older interface reference.
Steps
- Record the current package values and identify accounts using it. Confirm the impact of edits before saving shared resource or feature changes.
- Open Packages > Edit a Package, select the intended package and save the authorized changes.
- If removing an unused definition, use Delete a Package and confirm the exact name. Do not use Terminate Accounts for package cleanup.
Check the result
Check the package list and the effective settings of affected accounts. Do not assume package edits apply only to future accounts.
Troubleshooting and support
If an account has custom overrides or an unexpected effective limit, compare its package relationship with the saved account settings before changing other packages.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
