Quick answer
A suspended-account page is a service template, not a private billing notice. Use the current Web Template Editor if your reseller permissions include it.
Applies to
For an authorized reseller or administrator whose Interactive Online service includes the relevant WHM permission. Ordinary website hosting uses cPanel and does not imply WHM or root access. Work only with accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. The video is an older interface reference.
Steps
- Confirm which reseller-owned accounts the template affects and save its current contents.
- Open the supported Web Template Editor or suspended-page tool and select the suspended-account template.
- Use a concise public explanation and a safe contact route. Exclude private customer details, invoice data and credentials. Preview before saving the intended template.
Check the result
Verify the preview and the documented target scope. Do not suspend a live customer solely to test a template.
Troubleshooting and support
If the editor is unavailable, ask support about supported customization. The old video's template editor is not a reason to modify shared server or WHMCS files.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
