For an authorized reseller or administrator whose Interactive Online service includes the relevant WHM permission. Ordinary website hosting uses cPanel and does not imply WHM or root access. Steps
- Identify packages/accounts using the list and save its current selections.
- Open Packages > Feature Manager and create or select the intended feature list. Enable only the required tools within your permitted scope.
- Save and assign the intended list to the correct package, reviewing the impact on existing assignments.
Check the result
Open an authorized affected cPanel account and check the intended tool availability. Confirm unrelated packages were not changed.
Troubleshooting and support
A selected feature cannot provide a server component or reseller privilege that the service does not include. Ask support when a required tool is unavailable.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
