Quick answer
Parking a domain associates another hostname with an existing website. It does not automatically redirect that hostname or transfer its registration.

For an authorized reseller or administrator whose Interactive Online service includes the relevant WHM permission. Ordinary website hosting uses cPanel and does not imply WHM or root access. Work only with accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. The video is an older interface reference.
Steps
- Confirm domain ownership, the intended target account and the alias allowance. Preserve DNS and mail settings.
- Use the permitted WHM parking tool if offered, or the owned account's cPanel Domains interface with a shared document root. Select the existing target domain and the additional hostname carefully.
- Configure authoritative DNS and HTTPS for the added hostname. Add a deliberate HTTP redirect separately when one canonical URL is required.
Check the result
Test the added hostname and distinguish shared content from an actual redirect. Check mail routing separately.
Troubleshooting and support
If the alias is assigned elsewhere or the limit is reached, ask support rather than deleting an existing account or DNS zone.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
