Terms of Service
By using any of the services provided by Interactive Online Corporation (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This Agreement applies to all services, including web hosting, cPanel hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, web design, digital marketing, review management services, and related offerings.
1. Website Terms of Use
Our website is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved in writing. All content is the property of Interactive Online and is protected by copyright laws. We provide no warranties for the content or functionality of our website and disclaim liability for any damages resulting from use.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
All users must comply with this AUP. We support the free flow of information and do not monitor activity unless legally required or in cases of suspected violation.
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Harm, harassment, or exploitation of minors
- Impersonation, forgery, or misrepresentation
- Sending bulk unsolicited email (spam)
- Copyright/trademark infringement
- Hosting warez, pirated, hacking, or adult content
- Denial-of-service or malicious attacks
- Running unauthorized background processes or bots
- Hosting IRC, shell scripts, eggdrops, autosurf, bruteforce, mail bombers, phishing, or gambling scripts
- Attempting to access or penetrate unauthorized systems or accounts
- Collecting personal information without consent
We may suspend or terminate any account without notice if it poses a threat to our infrastructure, is used for prohibited purposes, or becomes a network or security risk.
3. Hosting & cPanel Terms
3.1 Account Restrictions
- Each site within a hosting account must belong to the account holder or their business.
- Reselling or offering free hosting under a shared plan is not allowed.
- Separate entities must purchase separate hosting plans.
3.2 Resource Usage
- Accounts cannot exceed CPU, memory, bandwidth, or disk space limits.
- Sites with heavy media usage (images, video, audio) may be restricted to 10GB storage/100GB traffic.
- Accounts exceeding limits may be upgraded automatically.
- Excess resource usage without upgrade may result in account suspension or forced billing changes.
3.3 Prohibited Applications
- Interactive real-time chat applications hosted on our servers
- Unattended daemons, IRC-related software, torrent software
- Peer-to-peer sharing or gaming servers
- Proxies, cron jobs under 15-minute intervals, VoIP
3.4 Security
- Clients are responsible for account security, including unauthorized use by others.
- Compromised or risky accounts may be disabled without warning.
- A security cleanup fee up to $500 may apply for hacked or spam-related issues.

3.6 Backups and Restores
- Backups are made periodically and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.
- Restore fees apply: $25–$50/site or $89/hour for sites over 4GB unless due to hardware failure.
4. Review Management Service Terms
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Interactive Online Corporation (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Interactive Online”) and the Client (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) for the provision of Review Management Services (“Services”).
By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4.1 Service Description
- Setting up or optimizing your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, and/or other online profiles.
- Automating the process of requesting reviews from your customers via email or text (SMS).
- Monitoring incoming reviews on selected platforms.
- Responding to positive or neutral reviews upon request.
- Providing recommendations for handling negative reviews.
- Providing review widgets or embeds for your website (if applicable).
4.2 Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including access to applicable profiles and platforms.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from your customers to contact them via email or SMS.
- You agree to use the review request tools ethically and legally, without coercing or incentivizing customers in a way that violates platform guidelines.
4.3 No Guarantee of Reviews
While our tools and strategies aim to increase your review count, we cannot guarantee that customers will leave reviews or that reviews will always be positive. Results vary based on your customer service, communication, and satisfaction levels.
4.4 Negative Reviews and Suspended Accounts
We are not liable for any negative reviews your business receives. Online reviews are public and user-generated content; we do not control or influence what individuals choose to post.
Additionally, we are not responsible if your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or any other business account becomes suspended or disabled due to issues outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Violations of platform guidelines
- Inaccurate or outdated information
- Prior flags or penalties on your account
However, we will make all reasonable efforts to assist you in reinstating suspended accounts, including submitting appeals, communicating with support teams, and providing relevant documentation when necessary.
4.5 Review Management Limitations
- We do not create fake reviews or offer incentives for positive reviews.
- We do not post reviews on your behalf unless otherwise specified in writing and in compliance with platform policies.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Facebook, Yelp, or any third-party platform used as part of the service.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
5.1 Network Uptime
Guaranteed 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Credits available:

5.2 Hardware Guarantee
- We replace failed dedicated server hardware components at no charge.
- Excludes time required for reinstallation and data recovery.
5.3 Service Credit Requests
- Must be submitted within 72 hours of outage
- Include ticket numbers, server/domain info, downtime details
- Reviewed within 10 business days, credits applied within 30 days if approved
6. Affiliate Program
- 15% recurring commissions for referred clients on hosting, design, SSL, and spam filtering
- Minimum $50 threshold for payout
- Accounts must remain active 90 days before commissions are paid
- No self-referrals or commission on early-canceled accounts
- Commissions may be applied to outstanding invoices
7. Legal, Disclaimers, and Governing Law
- All services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from service usage or downtime.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and related policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Intellectual Property
Any tools, software, templates, or content provided as part of our services remain the property of Interactive Online. You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute these materials without prior written permission.
10. Termination and Refund Policy
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice. If you terminate the service before the end of your billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if communication becomes unprofessional or abusive.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three (3) months prior to any claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interactive Online from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement on any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
15. Agreement Acceptance
By using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
