Divi 5 Progress: Latest Updates and Upcoming Public Alpha
Exciting news about Divi 5! Divi developers are getting closer to the Public Alpha. This version is set to have all the features slated for the initial release. Before it’s available, another round of testing and bug fixing will wrap up. Check out the latest demo to see Divi 5 in action.
This past month, we worked hard to fill in the missing features needed for the Public Alpha. We improved Dynamic Assets and Critical CSS to enhance front-end rendering. These changes reduce page size and improve PageSpeed scores. Other achievements include finalizing the Theme Builder, upgrading the Visual Builder interface, adding Responsive Content, and implementing Visual Builder history with undo/redo functionality. We also implemented the Divi 5 Readiness system to help migrate from Divi 4 to Divi 5.
We fixed 65 bugs as part of our new bug-fixing mission. What’s left? Some UI and UX features, like Find & Replace and Split Testing, which will be added during the Public Alpha period.
Additionally, we introduced Divi Dash, a WordPress site manager included with your Divi membership. Manage all your websites, updates, plugins, and users in one place.
