How to edit your preferences in Roundcube Print

  • 4

Quick answer

Roundcube preferences control display and composing behavior, including language and time zone. They do not necessarily change the mailbox password.

Applies to

For an authorized mailbox user. Interactive Online manages settings only for mail hosted on the selected service; mail hosted elsewhere uses that provider's settings. The preserved lesson shows an earlier interface.

Steps

  1. Open the intended application or account and confirm its complete mailbox address and provider.
  2. Open Settings > Preferences, choose the relevant section, preserve the prior setting and save only the intended change.

Check the result

Reopen the affected message, folder, contact or preference and confirm the intended result. Check delivery separately when a message was sent.

Troubleshooting and support

If a toolbar differs, check the installed Roundcube skin and permissions. For missing mail, inspect folder/search scope and server synchronization before deleting an account.

Contact support from the owning account with the domain, product/version, exact error, time/time zone and redacted evidence. Exclude credentials, session URLs, payment details and private customer records. Confirm any separate application-support scope.
