Steps
- Confirm property ownership, operator access, intended pages and any privacy/consent requirements before installing the official plugin.
- Use the plugin's current secure connection flow and select the correct property/widget. Keep credentials out of screenshots and article bodies.
- Review visibility, mobile behavior and online/offline routing. Ensure another plugin or theme is not loading the same widget twice.
Check the result
Send a clearly identified controlled test and confirm it reaches the intended operator/property. Check relevant public pages and phone layout.
Troubleshooting and support
If the widget is absent or duplicated, inspect visibility rules, consent/caching and other widget installations. A successful account login does not prove correct property selection.
If the problem continues, contact support from the account that owns the service. Include the domain, exact error, time and time zone, tool name, and a redacted screenshot. Keep passwords, private keys, cookies and private message content out of the ticket.
