AI website builder, AI coding tools and website services: what is included? Print

Quick answer

You can use Interactive Online hosting for a website you build yourself, the included Nova workflow on an eligible service, or a website project you ask us to scope. Codex, Claude Code, and ChatGPT are separate tools. Their subscriptions, credits, and sign-ins are not supplied by a hosting login.

Choose by website and task

For a Nova project, use its supported editor. For an HTML site, ordinary ChatGPT or Claude can prepare reviewed file changes. For WordPress and Joomla, identify the native editor before applying a revision. Codex and Claude Code are useful for multi-file code changes, builds, and tests. A compatible authenticated connector can let ordinary chat apply supported changes without a local coding agent.

Hosting features, Nova credits, external AI subscriptions, and connector/plugin licenses are separate. Confirm your actual service before purchasing an allowance or planning a workflow.

Choose the workflow that fits your website

  • Nova builder: create and edit a builder project through the tools available on your service. Check its actual publishing controls and allowance.
  • External AI coding tool: work on your computer, preview the site, and publish through the account’s supported SSH/SFTP or file-management tools.
  • WordPress or another CMS: use the editor responsible for the existing page. Keep code, database, and editor changes coordinated.
  • Human website work: ask us to assess a refresh, new website, migration, or repair. The agreed scope determines what is included.

Hosting plans and builder credits

The catalog includes hosting services and separate builder products with similar names. A product called Build, Grow, or Scale does not by itself prove that a cPanel account or mailbox is included. Open the service for your domain and read its actual description.

AI Hosting Starter has a limited website dashboard and jailed SSH. AI Hosting Build, Grow, and Scale include full cPanel tools, hosted email/webmail, file management, databases, and WordPress management within their service limits. Older or custom accounts can differ.

What to check before you start

  1. Find the domain’s active service in the Client Area and confirm the account/server assigned to it.
  2. Check whether your task needs Nova, SSH/SFTP, File Manager, email, or a CMS login. Ask support about a missing tool before buying unrelated software.
  3. Sign in separately to the AI provider you choose and check its current access and usage limits. Nova allowances and external AI allowances are separate.
  4. For a custom website or migration, confirm the deliverables, timing, charges, and ongoing care before work begins.

Questions about your service

Send the domain, service name, tool you want to use, and the task you want to complete. Keep passwords, private keys, provider tokens, and payment details out of chat and tickets.
